1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Ta'leem o Bachat, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

Ta'leem o Bachat is for currently enrolled university students aged 16+ with a valid university email address. Brand partners must represent legitimate businesses. False information will result in account termination.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. You may not share accounts or allow others to use your student benefits.

4. Cashback & Rewards

Cashback is credited to your wallet upon verified purchases. Withdrawals are processed within 3-5 business days. Minimum withdrawal is PKR 500. Fraudulent activities will result in forfeiture of rewards and account termination.

5. Deals & Promotions

Deals are subject to availability and brand partner terms. Ta'leem o Bachat is not responsible for the quality of goods or services provided by brand partners.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ta'leem o Bachat is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, service interruptions, or losses from third-party integrations.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time from settings.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You will be notified of material changes via email.
